Free UK shipping on all orders.
We ship all our watches within the UK with Royal mail Tracked or Signed for.
Although we aim to dispatch your package the next working day, please allow up to 3-5 working days for delivery from the date of order placement*

Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the product and its packaging is undamaged and unused.
Return shipping will usually be arranged and paid for by the consumer at the liability of the consumer.

WARRANTY
Pompeak watches are covered by a two year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials or workmanship.
In the case of a defect being found, Pompeak will repair or replace the faulty component. No charge to the consumer will apply for parts or labour. The consumer will be liable for shipping costs unless agreed otherwise.
NOTE: This warranty does not cover damage caused by lack of care, accidents, water damage or general misuse and does not cover general wear to the case, glass or strap/bracelet.
5 ATM water resistance refers to a water resistance up to 5 atmospheres of over pressure (up to 50 meters).
Note this is tested in 50 meters of static water and is designed to resist accidental splashes, short swimming/showers. This level of water resistance is not designed for prolonged exposure to water e.g. water sports, diving, snorkeling etc. All our watches are produced with a minimum of 5 ATM water resistance, however water damage is not covered by warranty.
10 ATM water resistance refers to a water resistance up to 10 atmospheres of over pressure (up to 100 meters).
Note this is tested in 100 meters of static water and is designed to resist water pressure caused by splashes, showers, shallow swimming and snorkeling.
Due to the reliance on correct crown operation, water damage is not covered by warranty.
